As a working mom of 2 boys and a great husband, I believe that time outside transforms our lives for the better. Fresh air doesn’t cost a thing! After church we sometimes go to the park and play touch football or a game of baseball. We bring the dogs and they play as outfielders. It is all good until they don’t return the ball and start chasing the runner. We all have a tremendous amount of exercise and we have a blast!
