Take Me Out to the Ball Game!

Ready to play!

Ready to play!

As you well know, you can’t really spend $100 per person to a major league game and stay on your budget. What if I told you that you could take your whole family to a minor league game for about half the price?

Is it true Meg? Well, yes it is…

So pack your lunch and take off to see some really good baseball being played. It is a great way to bond with your kids. Just make sure you bring your own snacks or they will get you with all the fun food that they sell at the ball park. Eat before you leave. Games are long, so filling up before you leave makes so you don’t have to bring as much snacks. Saving you even more money! Remember to dress appropriately for the weather. Some games can get really chilly

Here are some ideas on what to take:

* Trail mix in individual baggies
* Cut-up little bunches of grapes
* String cheese
* And don’t forget some water!
